about us

where it began

friends of riónce began with time.

time spent helping a neighbour after loss.

time spent visiting my grandma every week, talking, cooking, watching tv, being together.

time spent helping loved ones reduce the load on their to do list.

those moments taught me something simple and important. life doesn’t usually fall apart in big dramatic ways. it frays slowly. in the small things. in the admin you put off. in the decisions that feel heavier than they should. in the quiet loneliness that doesn’t always have a name.

why it exists

friends of riónce exists for people who are capable, thoughtful, and used to handling things themselves, but who know that life runs better with the right kind of support.

not loud help. not fussy help.

just steady, human presence.

this isn’t about outsourcing life. it’s about having someone you trust to step in, quietly and competently, when things pile up or when you simply don’t want to do it alone.

bringing two worlds together

alongside friends of riónce, i lead a community of creatives and founders in south east london.

people come together there to grow personally and professionally through curated programmes, accountability calls, small social gatherings and workshops, both online and in real life.

that work has taught me how people actually live, work, think, and carry responsibility. friends of riónce brings that understanding into everyday life.

it’s where care and creativity meet.

who this is for

the people who work with us usually already have help in their lives. assistants. family. systems that work well enough.

what they come to us for is something different.

judgement free support.

taste and discernment.

someone who gets it without long explanations.

we keep this intentionally small. not because we can’t do more, but because this only works when people feel known. when support feels personal. when trust is built slowly and kept carefully.

how we work

everyone involved is personally vetted by me. they are people i would trust with my own family, in my own home, with the things that matter.

friends of riónce is not here to impress. it’s here to be useful.

to notice the details.

to take things off your mind.

to make life feel lighter, calmer, and more manageable.

what we value

care over speed.

thoughtfulness over excess, and human connection over formality.

if you’re the kind of person who values those things, you’ll understand what this is.

and you’ll know when it’s time to let us help.

with love, oleta
