free reformer pilates session (register interest) form

this form is for people who’d like to attend a free reformer pilates class at flowhaven, a new studio in bethnal green - east london, on wed 4th, fri 6th or sun 8th feb 2026 (afternoon).

the class is offered for free as the team will be filming promotional content before, during & after the session. participants must be comfortable on camera. we’ll review all submissions and let you know either way if you’ve been selected.
