rediscovery is an online offering created for women in a later, reflective stage of life who feel ready to reconnect with themselves creatively. it is shaped for those who have spent years caring, supporting, or adapting, and are now curious about what might emerge when attention turns inward again.

this work is gentle by design. sessions invite curiosity, reflection, and play without pressure to improve, achieve, or explain. there is no expectation to arrive with ideas or confidence, only a willingness to show up.

the online format allows participation from home, offering privacy and ease while still providing structure and connection. sharing is always optional, and listening is equally valued.
